Better support for audio playback and transcription #98

The audio control box is too small for listeners and transcribers to move to discrete portions of audio:

Ideally, for transcription purposes, we should also offer functionalities such as slow playback speed.

We should change the default message on the transcription block. The message for transcription on this audio file read, "Transcribe this image."

Actually, there's no way for me to scroll to a point in the audio. I have to keep starting over from the beginning.
