Are there appropriate tools for processing and preservation of specific formats that we do not have listed? #2

Our preservation of databases (and IT systems in general) are entirely based upon the SIARD format, a XML-based format created for the purpose of database preservation. I cannot see this format figures in your file format preservation action plans for structured data? I posted under this thread to advertise the Database preservation toolkit that eases the process of converting databases in various formats to SIARD (and subformats). See https://www.database-preservation.com/

We are most definitely fans of SIARD here at NARA - you'll find it in the Structured Data/Database Formats plan.
