Fix Typo in entries controller #2

This fixes an error when calling http://api.federalregister.gov/v1/articles.json. Would it be possible to get this fix live today?

Apologies for that; we rolled out some changes on Friday that apparently didn't get tested well enough. The fix is now live. Thanks for your help.
