Publish all NARA authority file types #2

OPA displays records for NARA's person, organization, geographical reference, topical subject, and specific records type authority files, but only the organization authority file has been published on data.gov (& archives.gov/data/). I'm currently exploring creating linkages in Wikidata to all of our authority types, but have only been able to work on organizations so far.

This issue will be resolved by the OPA API's forthcoming API, which provides access to the structured data for all the public authority record types.
