Steps to reproduce: Scrolled down to notables, clicked on Minnie Spottedwolf.

Actual result: Nothing. This blank screen.

Expected result: See her image and info.

I had to reimplement the scroll block functionality originally added by the modal package.

Loads very nicely now! I'm going to leave this open but ask NARA to retest
