Can't Scroll #175

Steps to reproduce: So I clicked into Minnie under the notable section. No image. Clicked back and now it freezes.

Actual result: Can't scroll up with wireless mouse or trackpad, or with sidebar. Can still click on links to leave.

Expected result: That I can scroll back up.

this is the same issue as #174 related problem: https://github.com/pradel/react-responsive-modal/issues/430

I had to reimplement the scroll block functionality originally added by the modal package.
