When there are no tribal nations related, can we reword this so it doesn't end with a verb?

@SpenceJMNelson Can you please take a look at this and provide a design solution for this scenario? I think it would be a weird if we just remove the phrase about the Tribal Nations like this

@lizzycederberg Can we change the copy format if there are no records? Feel like having text there that says "Records not corresponding to any tribal nation" or something makes sense

@SpenceJMNelson I think that makes sense. So would the full phrase be: 1 record. Record does not correspond to any Tribal Nations

Just to clarify, there is at least 1 record here. It's just not tagged to any Tribal Nation

Update: Leave the text as is (Mat already updated it)

But please update the phrase "Records related to..." to "Records are related to..."
