Topics Page Alphabetical Order? #194

Steps to reproduce: Click on Topics page

Actual result: Some topics appear to be in alphabetical order while others seem out of place.

Expected result: Expected Topics to be in alphabetical order. Just thought it was odd that some were and some were not.
