Main Page on Mobile View #227

With images moved below to facilitate mobile view, it seems missing something - there's no headline. Our Archive banner is small. Then there's all this blue. Then telling the person to explore.

@SpenceJMNelson Can you take a look at this and see if there are any simple ways of addressing some of this feedback?

@matbrady would it be simple to show three images above the blue on mobile so users know there are images on the page?

@lizzycederberg @matbrady @danielboggs suggest maintaining 3 column layout of icons on mobile and tightening up margins between text so that the blue element is reduced to approx 370px in height. additionally you could put the first line of photos before the blue element to guarantee that some photos appear on load on all screens.
