Update About page copy #247

@matbrady Here is the new copy for the About page. It had tracked changes, but I just accepted all of them because I thought that would be easier for you to copy/paste from. @matbrady The first three sections of the doc (highlighted in yellow in the doc now) map to the three sections on the top of the with the blue background. You added them above the FAQs. Please update.

Also, the font size of the answers to the FAQs seems really small. Can you increase that by 2 pts?
