URL in comments should be hyperlinked #103

Issue

This is by no means a major issue. If it's possible/easy can we make the URLs in comments clickable so users can link directly to the reference URL?

Example

Guide is in my dashboard account: https://nara-ugfa.herokuapp.com/guides/3/edit? Right now the catalog URL isn't clickable
