Add to Guide button in Content Recommendations panel doesn't always seem to work

Issue

• I was able to successfully add one record to my guide from the Content Recommendations panel but after that one it didn't appear to work.

Possible solutions/enhancements

• once the issue is fixed, would it be possible for the record to disappear from the panel once it is added to the guide so that the user is aware that something happened?

@olivia-stetler I think this should be working now! Every time I add a catalog item from the content recommendations, it appears in the guide. It also looks like Daniel added some UI for the "Add" button to switch to "Added". Let me know if you think we should update that to actually remove the item.
