No pages render on IE11. I'm guessing we don't care too much for a prototype?

I don't think so -- it's not included in our spec. @danielboggs are there any low-lift options here?

@lizzycederberg @lfrancis I have added the babel-polyfill to the javascript stack which seems to fix the loading issue for IE11, granted there are a few styling issues at first glance.
