Image zoom controls not accessible via kybd #166

I don't see a way to use the keyboard to access any of the image controls -- you can't tab through them, but VO will announce there controls while reading the entire page.

@lizzycederberg this is an issue with OpenSeaDragon

Ok @lfrancis we probably can't update this then since this is the app NARA uses on their Catalog
