This will be a nice-to-have feature that we can try to build at the end of the sprint @jamielyn Can you please create UI for this feature to allow users viewing a published guide to sort the records in ascending order by NAID? I think this still need to be on a section-by-section basis.

Notes:

This is a temporary state. If a user sorts the records and returns to the page later, the records will be back to how the author ordered them.

The 'sort section by NAID' button will appear above each section title. I didn't include a warning modal since this is a temporary state.

I also considered using a more traditional sort, but this might be too complicated for a nice-to-have feature.
