ACVP DEMO server is DOWN #208

The ACVP server is down (or very slow). But I think down. All morning we have had no success. Here is a run with stock CISCO ACVP client.

Using the following parameters:

ACV_SERVER:     demo.acvts.nist.gov

Hi @ehanson12, thank you for reporting this. Are you still experiencing issues? If you are, can you share vector set and test session ids? We identified an issue that appeared to have begun yesterday afternoon ~2pm. Several requests were stuck in our queue and tying up ~85% of our computing capacity. Other requests were still being processed, but they were taking a long time as only 15% of our processing power was available for them, hence the KAT values not ready, server requests we wait 30 seconds and try again.... This issue should be resolved.
