Adding a progress bar or Calculation complete icon? #17

I added the three phase example, and it takes a little while to run to completion. It may be worth adding a 'completed' notification somehow on the Data Upload tab.

Thoughts?

I have added a progress bar -- maybe not what we ultimately go with, but perhaps sufficient for now.
