Prototype Report

Create a prototype report that can be downloaded.

Should include:

• .pdf with tables and plots Additional output (.zip file?)
• .csv files for all the dataframes
• copy of input files?
• App info (release, commit?)

I've toyed with the idea of pushing all of the data into a single .cif file, but I'm not sure how/if to do that.
