"district ballot style" -> "distinct ballot style" typo #53

The spec PDF (p22/146, section 2.2) currently has:

It is possible that, despite best efforts, very low numbers of voters or even just one voter will require a district ballot style.

It should probably read:

It is possible that, despite best efforts, very low numbers of voters or even just one voter will require a distinct ballot style.
