Potentially modify italicized language in Secure Storage #59

There is an italicized comment in Data Protection/Secure Storage: Requires some or all of the following depending on implementation:

It is anticipated that there will only remain two sub-bullets (originally were 4) under that wording. Suggest modifying the language to be more appropriate. Something like:

Requires either or both of the following depending on implementation:

Although it occurs to me that if the first sub-bullet in this section about protecting data is broken up into two bullets, then there will be three bullets. In that case, the existing language may be appropriate.

There are three bullets under the italicized portion so we may not need to change this, however if we move the bullet about remote storage to LAI we might want to.
