Clarify bullet about storing operating environment in ROM

There is a bullet in Device Integrity that reads:

• Ability to establish sufficient resources to store IOT device operating environment in ROM.

Suggested to remove the wording "to establish sufficient resources" so that the focus is on storing the device image in ROM.
Perhaps it's also important to clarify this bullet--that the "operating environment" refers to the IoT device image/firmware?

• Ability for the IoT device to utilize ROM for disk image/software

Consider combining these bullets or removing one or the other
