Add function for SDVP broadening term if 0 #25

If using the SDVP and the initial linelist has aw = 0, then this parameter will generally get stuck. Add parameter variable to set this to the theoretical value.

Added warning that if you are floating aw and the initial guess is zero it might not converge to a solution.
