Add Beta value per spectra and line? #35

Need to at least include the Beta parameters as a print-out function. As the use of a given beta, is what defines the nuVC when using beta-formalism

Added a function in the Fit Data class that if beta_formalism was used then it will use the results and make a csv file that includes the betas used in the calculation for each spectrum. This still needs to be debugged.
