Capability to constrain to bandwide model #42

This would include something like the response function for PAS, which is dependent on J and pressure.

How to pull this into the fitting function while maintaining flexibility?

Could do this with a similar mechanism for ILS, where some number of parameters are in an array for definition for constraint.
