Add checkbox to tools and areas in the item tree in the calendar view

Implementation Specification

• When extra link item is selected (e.g. "all tools") we clear the checkbox selection.
• When extra link item is currently selected, and a checkbox is clicked, we change the selected item to the check item.
• If event type is "specific user", keep the selection but do not add checked items events to the calendar
• Do not duplicate a tool/area in the feed if both selected and checked
• Save/Load sidebar checked items
• Checkboxes are only visible on the calendar view
• Clear Selection button is visible when event type is not "specific user" and items are checked
• Clear Selection button is hidden when no items are checked

Notes

• Added API Method "addEventSourceList" to the Full Calendar JS library
  • Allows to add a list of event source feeds at the same time and only fetch once.

Updates

• Add display_name parameter to event feed query, displays “Item_name (username)” when no title is set for the event.
  • display_name is set to true, when more than one item needs to be displayed in the calendar
• Harmonize display across “all tools”, “all areas”…. to “Item_name (username)”
• Change facility usage title display to “Item_name ([on behalf of] username)\n project” in all cases
• Code format changes (move bracket to new line in JS)
