Removing 'nfiq2' prefix in filenames #250

Removed nfiq2 prefix on exception and algorithm source and header files. Also added nfiq2 prefix to data, fingerprintimagedata and modelinfo for consistency.

Disagree that this closes #232. The names of the classes are the same. Do you want to continue in this PR?
