Update images in conformance test set #326

Due to previous bug fixes (#302, #303, #308, #309), not all NFIQ 2 quality values were represented. This adds new images to fill in missing values.

This also adds various solid color and patterned images of various dimensions and colors, aimed at testing certain contracts maintained by the NFIQ 2 source code.

We can't run the new CTS until it's merged, so merging.
