ISO/IEC 29794-1:2009 did contain an informative Annex A "Procedures to construct a quality score normalisation dataset". However, ISO/IEC 29794-1:2016 and the upcoming third edition do no longer specify procedures to construct a QSND.
WG 3 should put a TR "Procedures to construct a quality score normalisation dataset" under "Ideas for future projects" in SD 14-3 "WG 3 roadmap".
