Missing bibliographic information for FIPS 55-2 (1987)

On the NIST site, FIPS 55-3 references it: https://nvlpubs.nist.gov/nistpubs/Legacy/FIPS/fipspub55-3.pdf

And states that:

• Supersedes "FIPS PUB 55-2--1987" and "FIPS PUB 55-DC4--1987".

We would like to request addition of this bibliographic item to resolve the following issues:

We don't have physical or digital copies of either of these publications, so we can't assign DOI metadata to either. If we are able to obtain copies and get permission to put scans online, we'll be able to assign DOIs and all metadata to this file.

Since this dataset is maintained by the USGS they might have this information. I will ask my contact at the USGS if they still have this data archived.
