Missing bibliographic information for NIST SP 500-214 (1993) #30

From https://github.com/relaton/relaton-data-nist/issues/6#issuecomment-1171190156 the IETF has a bibliographic reference to NIST SP 500-214 (1993):

The bibliographic information is available on the NIST site: https://www.nist.gov/publications/stable-implementation-agreements-open-systems-interconnection-protocols-version-7?pub_id=900461

However, I can't find the PDF on the Internet.

In any case, the bibliographic information should be added to the NIST Tech Pubs dataset.

We would like to request addition of this bibliographic item to resolve the following issues:

We only have this publication on CD-ROM. Since there is no electronic version, we have not assigned a DOI and therefore it is not included in this data file. I will put in a request to move the files from the CD-ROM to a digital format and assign a DOI. Once it has a DOI, it will be added.
