Expecting legal name of the entity is too legalistic and cumbersome. While it may better ensure all parties are "using the same sheet of music", it precludes agreement on other vocabularies and forces everyone to scurry around (and debate) lengthy organization names and whether "LLC" is part of the name and should be spelled out, etc.:
Delete "legal" and allow parties to decide what names they want to use.:
