@nbg84 and I are going to adjust our test controls repo so that we can more easily produce alternative examples -- now and in the future. This will allow us to produce an example similar to the feedback provided from the last OSCAL-DEFINE meeting with the community: https://github.com/usnistgov/OSCAL-DEFINE/discussions/11

Merged to main. Continued in #17
