On the Stakeholders Page of the OSCAL website there are duplicate links that can affect the user experience and page efficiency. More specifically, at the top of the page, there is section that describes how different types of stakeholders can contribute to the project including links on how to get involved. However, slightly further down the page is another section containing links that lead to the exact same destination as the links on the top section.
The bottom section with the repeated links may be unnecessary and leads to redundancy which can confused the user and clutter the page layout. To streamline and reduce this redundancy, I recommend removing the bottom section that contains the duplicate links.
