Link to "OSCAL v1.1.1 Release" Leads to a 404 Error #82

On the "OSCAL's Fall Cleaning" Page, the link leading to the OSCAL v1.1.1 Release GitHub Page leads to a 404 error page.

To locate this issue:

Navigate to OSCAL's Fall Cleaning page
In the second body of text, locate the link to the OSCAL v1.1.1 Release
Click on the link from the webpage and it will navigate to a 404 error message from GitHub

Solutions:

The link address contains an extra parenthesis at the end which is causing it to direct to a 404 error from GitHub
Revise the link to the correct link address which should be this: "https://github.com/usnistgov/OSCAL/releases/tag/v1.1.1"
