The prototype-mapping-model-rebased model definition files were reviewed, errors fixed and prepared for release candidate RC1 by also advancing the schema-version to 1.3.0.

IMPORTANT: This PR should ONLY be merged AFTER the PR #2000 is merged into develop, and rebasing can be done.
