`SST1RSoXSDB`: add direct-from-user connections to BNL tiled. #118

As described in #116, this adds logic to make direct, over-the-internet connections to BNL Tiled server.

It also enables testing of SST1RSoXSDB using tiled-demo.blueskyproject.io

This is waiting on test scans (scan_id 21792 and 48812) to be pushed to the Tiled demo server for testing.
