test: Add `SST1RSoXSDB` testing against public tiled server #124

Machinery was all implemented in #118 to add CI testing to SST1RSoXSDB using the public tiled-demo.blueskyproject.io server. However, the specific test scans used aren't in the subset of RSoXS data on that server. This issue is a reminder to re-enable those tests once the data is added to the server.
