bug: `SST1RSoXSDB` stapling too many indexes into multiindex #94

Priyanka noticed that recent SST1 data (at least scan # 67424), SST1RSoXSDB is not working with strange integration errors. On inspection, it appears to be putting some data into the system multiindex which is causing downstream memory issues.

Need to investigate and figure out why...
