Hi, with this pull request I am replacing images in doc with replacements that can be edited (as I am attaching editable source of each image in doc/image_src, as long with a Makefile that is able to recreate them. The Makefile uses convert from imagemagick, gnuplot, pdflatex and sctk itself in order to recreate all the images).
I agree to release them in public domain or to license them with any license of your choice that will let people use/modify/distribute them in any form and for any purpose, as long as I will not be deemed responsible for any damage derived by the use of these changes.
Let me know if you need any further explanation/justification for my changes or any modification to them.
Regards, Giulio
