Is there a website for the doc folder? #43

Sorry for this dump question, but I was not able to find a website for the doc folder. Is there a website for the files from the doc folder?

I want to add a link to the STM definition from the doc folder, but GitHub shows only the html source code and not the rendered HTML. This is the link that I use at the moment:

I've lost my FTP server that used to serve the pages. Does https://htmlpreview.github.io/?https://github.com/usnistgov/SCTK/blob/master/doc/sctk.htm work for you? I get a security violation from the site's certificate. Do you?

It doesn't show me a security violation, but some links don't work, e.g., I found no "stm" link that worked. I hopped that SCTK has an official website for the documentation. I will then add both links (github and htmlpreview), just in case, someone else also has the security violation issue.
