Add SensorId and SensorKey to authenticate getStreamingPorts() #122

The sensor uses "getStreamingPorts" to get the port to connect to. Right now, this query is not authenticated. It should be authenticated using the sensorId, sensorKey combination.

Done (only need sensorId) so closing.
