when creating a new account or resetting an account password, use "https", not "http" in the web link #178

I just noticed that now that we are using https, not http to connect to the web browser, I need to update my new account or reset account code to send web links with https instead of http. For some reason, I already use port 8443 instead of 8000 in the web link, but I forgot to switch to https.
