After streaming settings are changed, new connection from sensor is rejected. #199

To reproduce, change the streaming settings (or any other sensor settings) when the sensor is running. The sensor will be disconnected (this is correct behaviour). Then try to reconnect the sensor. The server will reject the connection attempt.
