Second streaming sensor is refused #207

The current version of the server does not accept a second streaming sensor when a first sensor is already connected and streaming. The connection is refused. An older version of the server (committed on or around April 30, 2015) supported at least two concurrently streaming sensors.

Fixed and tested with Naceur. So closing...
