Do not update session timeout on Service Status updates. #218

This is an automatically generated request (not user generated). This request should not update the session timer -- otherwise admin never times out.

Can you check if this bug is fixed i.e. admin session times out as expected. if so, please close it. thanks.

The service control popup show about five times but after clicking ok it does not return to the login page.
