Garbage collect sessions on file system. #224

Generated plots are placed in the generated directory and are indexed by session ID (each session ID has its own directory). We need to store metadata in the directory or in mongodb indicating when the session was last accessed. If idle for 48 hours, the directory should be deleted (48 hours to allow user to retrieve any zip files.)
