Add progress bar #230

3 examples of scenarios in need of progress bar:

  1. sensor availability map when waiting for occupancy graph (30 days)
  2. occupancy graph after selecting point and waiting for daily spectrogram
  3. daily spectrogram moving to next/prev day

I decided to leave this as a progress wheel because there is no easy way for the client (web-browser) to know how much progress has been made on the server. please test it out. thanks.
