Consistency in data selection on Available Sensors page #70

When a marker is selected, it seems like the user should go to one location to select the data to be viewed and used for occupancy calculations. Right now, the user goes to green bar to select start date, duration, frequency band and to the Sensor Info box so select sub-band. Suggest having a "Data Selection" bar with Start Date, Duration, Frequency Band, and Min/Max Frequency. Suggest having "Actions" or "Options" bar with "Generate Daily Occupancy Chart", "View Live Sensor Data", "View Last Capture", and "Download Data".

Currently, the order of these LastCaptuure & DownloadData buttons are flipped between radar and LTE data, i.e.,

  1. For radar: GenDailyOcc, DownloadData, LastCapture
  2. For LTE: GenDailyOcc, LiveSensorData, LastCapture, DownloadData
