update namespaces and version #21

Changes namespace to valid uri, bump version to 1.0.3.

I still need to update the examples. I'll do that shortly.

I updated the examples, but the specification document also references the namespace (pg. 77, 86). @johnpwack would you be willing to make those changes? I'm always afraid to touch the spec.
