Josh needs to create new data tables for emissions rate data that matches the escalation rate data: Extend out to 43 years of data. Update the scenarios to align (replace LRC with lowZTC) Provide to Luke to replace existing data tables

I have extended the emissions data to include 43 years of data. I have replace LRC with lowZTC and mid-case (for NREL Cambium) with REF. The data should now match the energy price data. Please upload this data to replace the current emissions data tables. BLCC Data Tables - emissions rate update-constant.xlsx
